Role: US Accounting Team Lead & Bookkeeper

Job Description:

We are hiring for US Accounting Team Lead & Bookkeeper positions to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with US accounting standards, and oversee daily transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Prepare financial reports, such as profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and US accounting standards.
• Process payroll and manage tax filings in accordance with US regulations (experience in USA payroll is a plus).
• Communicate with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide timely updates.
• Oversee foreign accounting operations using QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho.
• Manage US accounts finalization, closing, and payables/receivables.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong understanding of US accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Experience with USA payroll processes is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
