Role: Technical Content Writer

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Experience: 5 – 8 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality technical content including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, blogs, knowledge base articles, user manuals, API documentation, and product descriptions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deeply understand solution capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, GCP, BigQuery), and integration technologies (REST APIs, iPaaS platforms, connectors).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels.
• Work closely with marketing to optimize content for digital channels including email campaigns, social media, and web.
• Translate complex technical concepts (APIs, connectors, metadata layers, native apps) into content suitable for CTOs, architects,Non technical users and technical users
• Follow SEO best practices and contribute to content strategy with keyword research and topic ideation

Qualifications:

• Must have an Engineering or Technical background in education.
• 5+ years of experience in technical content writing or B2B product marketing in the cloud data ecosystem
• Good understanding of documenting or marketing software connectors, native apps, or data solutions
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to produce content that speaks to both technical users (developers, engineers) and business leaders (CIOs, Data Directors)..
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO best practices
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing technical blogs,
• Knowledge of platforms like Informatica, Tableau, Snowflake, or Azure is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or data/BI/ETL platforms.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
