Role: Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore – Hybrid

Experience: 5 – 8 years

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Agile teams on how to use Agile methodology and scrum practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Coaching the Agile teams in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, and domain knowledge.
• Facilitating and supporting all scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  
• Working with the Agile teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making.
• Resolving team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum on the program.
• Assisting the Agile teams achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Contributing to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or related field
• 5-8 years of experience with a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and using successful Agile techniques.
• Experience managing projects related to Data Management, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) or ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) , Data Engineering and Data Lake implementation/optimization.
• Experience with product or project development Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Prior experience working on an Agile team Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization Understanding of facilitation techniques.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with any of the following Cloud Service Providers (CSPs)
• Demonstrated SaaS knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, One of either the PMP, CAPM, or Agile ScrumMaster certification, or working towards an industry recognized certification – PMP strongly preferred.
• Experience managing an implementation or migration project/program using AWS and/or Oracle Cloud. MS Project Experience.
• Salesforce, JIRA, Power BI experience preferred.
• Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget
